Forest Protection and Control


It is a strategic area of the National System of Conservation Areas targeted under the principle of democratization towards a change of attitude to the society´s commitment to for prevention and sustainable use of forest resources of the country. It then aims to ensure the participation of society, fulfilling the technical and legal rules governing the prevention, protection, sustainable use and management of forest resources of the country, leading in turn an educational orientation to consolidate the comprehensive development and decrease environmental crimes.

 
The above from developing guidelines that promote action to prevent and reduce environmental crimes, from proper planning of tasks, strengthening the management capacity of conservation areas, as well as the various actors that in some way are integrated into control and protection processes, consolidating in this way the nationwide preventive actions.
