The defined values are:


- Solidarity: It is the manifest commitment of the officials with the needs of the interest groups, the users and society in general.

- Proactivity: It is the attitude in which the person assumes full control of his/her life behavior in an active way, which implies taking initiative in the development of creative and bold actions to generate improvements, making the freedom of choice prevail over the circumstances of life.


- Commitment: It is the attitude that identifies the loyalty and personal, organizational and environmental dedication of the collaborators and management bodies; is to feel and live as the organizational objectives and goals, taking responsibility for the achievement of them.

- Attitude of service: It is the behavior to help other people spontaneously, maintaining a permanent attitude of collaboration towards others.
