Las Pailas Sector: From San Jose, drive north towards Puntarenas and then follow the Inter-American highway towards Liberia. Once you get to Liberia, continue 5 km north, on the North American highway, there is the entrance to Curubandé and PNRV, drive about 15 km to the northeast, along a paved road through the village Curubandé, you  will arrive to a metal gate, this gate drive 10 km further on a gravel road up to Las Pailas Sector.

 

Santa Maria Sector: From San José take the Interamerican Highway towards Liberia. Take the path that starts at Barrio La Victoria, then take the road leading to the village of Colonia Blanca, then veering left, about 25 km.
